Madrid will host a concert by the legendary band Within Temptation. Thanks to its symphonic sound, the Dutch band has long been a chart star.
The band began in 1996 under Robert Westerholt and Sharon den Adel. They released their first album, Enter, and immediately began national and international tours through Germany and Austria.
In their spare time, the band built its own studio and in 2000 released the album Mother Earth, which marked a major breakthrough for the group. The single “Ice Queen”, included on this album, achieved unexpected success, reaching number one in the Belgian charts and driving the album upwards.
The band's music can be heard in video games such as Guitar Hero and series such as The Tudors, demonstrating the unusually broad appeal of the band's metal sound. They will now perform on a stage in the capital to challenge stereotypes.
