Candlelight Parents Retreat: Tribute to Hans Zimmer
A concert format has premiered in Madrid in which parents can enjoy Hans Zimmer's music by candlelight while children spend time playing under the supervision of professional carers.

A special Candlelight evening dedicated to the music of Hans Zimmer will take place at Círculo de Bellas Artes. The concert will combine chamber versions of well-known soundtracks with the «Parents Retreat» format, in which parents can leave their children in a separate space with professional carers and enjoy the concert in peace.
The programme centres on music from films that have long been part of contemporary film culture. By candlelight, compositions from Interstellar, Gladiator, The Lion King, Dune, Origen and other films for which Hans Zimmer composed the music will be heard.
The main feature of this concert is related to the Parents Retreat format. While adults are in the hall, children aged 3 to 8 spend time in an adjoining room, where games and activities are organised under staff supervision. The concert retains the usual atmosphere of the Candlelight series, with dim lighting and live performance.
