Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix
Formula 1 will arrive in Madrid on 11, 12 and 13 September 2026, when the capital hosts the Spanish Grand Prix in an unprecedented setting: the MADRING circuit. This mixed circuit will combine an urban route, a section running inside IFEMA Madrid and another permanent one in the Valdebebas area, totalling 22 bends that promise high excitement. The most striking will be “La Monumental”, a banked bend of more than 500 metres designed to become the event's great challenge.
About this event
The event is conceived as a complete experience that goes beyond the competition. Attendees will be able to choose tickets with access to different strategic areas of the circuit, all of them with giant screens and live commentary to follow the action without missing a detail. In addition, the Fan Zones will offer gastronomic options ranging from traditional tapas to creations by renowned chefs, along with driving simulators, exhibitions and cultural activities linked to F1.
Music will also take centre stage with the “Beats of Madrid” programme, in which local DJs will provide rhythm and a festive atmosphere throughout the weekend. And thanks to its location at IFEMA, with fast connections to the metro, buses, airport and main road access routes, MADRING will be one of the best-connected circuits on the world calendar. With this debut, Madrid is not only joining the Formula 1 calendar, but also aims to establish itself as one of the championship's most spectacular and comprehensive stops.
