Estadio Serrahima will once again become the epicentre of athletics with the 29th Trofeo Internacional Ciudad de Barcelona – Míting de Atletismo 2026, one of the most prominent competitions on the city’s sporting calendar. The event will bring together top-level athletes for a day in which each discipline will put speed, endurance, technique and precision to the test.

The women’s programme will offer a wide range of disciplines, from the explosive 100- and 200-metre races to the middle-distance 800 and 1,500 metres, the 3,000 metres, steeplechase and 100-metre hurdles. These will be joined by high jump, long jump and pole vault competitions, as well as javelin throw.
Beyond marks and results, the meeting stands out for bringing elite athletics closer to the public in a setting where every race and every attempt is experienced with great intensity. The proximity of the stands makes it possible to closely follow the athletes’ effort and enjoy a discipline in which every hundredth of a second or every centimetre can decide the outcome.
