When the city has not yet fully woken up, the sea offers another way to start the day. This sunrise paddleboard outing invites you to move away from the shore and watch how the light changes from the water.
About this event
The experience begins in La Barceloneta, a few metres from Sant Miquel beach. There, instructors introduce the basics for moving safely on the board, even for those who have never tried it. From that moment on, the sea sets the pace.
For an hour and a half, the route progresses gently as the horizon lights up. There is no rush or physical demand: balance, breathing and silence create an activity that is closer to contemplation than sport.
Sunrise seen from the Mediterranean changes the perception of the surroundings. The city is left behind, and what appears is an open scene, without noise, where time seems to stop.
The experience includes all the necessary equipment, accompaniment on the water and a souvenir in the form of photos and videos. On returning, the facilities allow the activity to end calmly.
