“Suma’t a l’acció per conservar el mar i les platges”

From 9:30 to 13:00, teams of volunteers will walk along the beaches of Sant Sebastià, Sant Miquel, Barceloneta and Somorrostro, collecting waste under the guidance of specialised organisations and with the collaboration of municipal cleaning teams. This direct action seeks not only to clean the beaches, but also to raise awareness of the impact of waste on marine ecosystems.

The collected material will be taken to Centre de la Platja, where it will be sorted and analysed. There, in a participatory and festive atmosphere, spaces for reflection will open on civic responsibility, proper waste management and producer responsibility, encouraging more conscious and sustainable consumption.

A day to enjoy the sea, learn and act together in defence of a cleaner, healthier Mediterranean.
