Christmas is experienced with particular elegance at Restaurante Arrel, located in the 5* Hotel InterContinental Barcelona. During the most important dates, the restaurant offers a gastronomic experience designed to share, celebrate and savour without hurry, in a carefully prepared and welcoming setting.
About this event
Arrel designs exclusive menus for each festive day, with cuisine based on quality produce and tradition reinterpreted with contemporary sensitivity. From Christmas classics such as galets soup, roast turkey or St Stephen’s Day cannelloni, to seafood dishes, fine meats and emblematic desserts, each proposal seeks to make food the centre of the celebration.
On 25 and 26 December, the most traditional flavours take centre stage, while New Year’s Eve presents a wide selection of dishes, stations and desserts designed to bid farewell to the year with abundance and enjoyment. On 1 January, the menu invites you to begin the new year with a more leisurely and refined experience.
Everything is accompanied by a carefully selected range of wines and cava, and by a Christmas atmosphere that combines warmth, elegance and attention to detail.
