The evening begins around the table, with a New Year’s Eve menu designed as a gastronomic journey: a welcome cocktail, eight dishes created by the chef and a final dessert that brings a sweet finish to the night. Each course is accompanied by a selection of wines intended to enhance the flavours, and at midnight come the lucky grapes and a glass of champagne to toast the arrival of 2026.
When dinner ends, the space is transformed. Music and the DJ take over until two in the morning, enveloping the speakeasy in an elegant, festive atmosphere that evokes the glamour of another era.
