3rd charitable paella competition on La Rambla

Each team, which may consist of up to two people, must register with a fee of 30 €. The organisers will provide essential ingredients such as rice, stock, oil and fresh vegetables from the local market, as well as a 70 cm paella pan and the equipment needed to cook outdoors.

For attendees wishing to enjoy the participating paellas, the tasting ticket costs 15 €. This includes tasting three different paellas, a drink and a La Fageda dairy product. All funds raised will go to support the Fundación Esclerosis Múltiple, adding a charitable purpose to the event.

The jury, made up of prominent chefs and a food journalist, will assess the paellas, while the public will also have the chance to vote for their favourite. Prizes for the winners include cultural and gastronomic experiences in Barcelona, ensuring that the competitive spirit is as rewarding as the charitable cause that motivates it.
