The experience begins with a three-course menu centred on freshly prepared paella, accompanied by wine. The table becomes a peaceful space, shared with a limited number of couples, which reinforces the feeling of closeness and exclusivity.
Throughout the evening, a live saxophonist moves through the space performing pieces that envelop the occasion. Each couple receives a musical dedication, a simple gesture that makes the dinner something personal.
A photographer documents the experience without interfering, capturing moments that are later delivered together with a playlist featuring the evening's music. To finish, a small gift completes the proposal.
