free guided admission to the Picasso Museum: PICASSO CONVIDA

The Picasso museum is one of the best-known and largest museums, with a collection of more than 4,000 works of art by the famous painter Pablo Picasso, from his early years to his last works.

The works of art displayed at the museum show the painter’s trajectory throughout his life, from his first paintings to his most recognised works. At the museum, visitors can appreciate not only the painter’s paintings but also sculptures, ceramics and engravings. Among the most important works in the museum are The First Communion and Las Meninas. It offers the public a unique insight into the creative process of Pablo Picasso’s life.

The Picasso Museum offers free admission on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 19:00 to 21:00. During these hours, visitors may access both the permanent collection and temporary exhibitions, and free guided tours in Catalan will also be offered. This initiative is part of the museum’s timetable renewal for the summer season, with the aim of bringing the museum closer to the public.
