Exhibition «100 IKEA objects we would have liked to have at VINÇON»

The venue is transformed into a laboratory of ideas where every selected IKEA piece is reinterpreted through VINÇON’s creative and local prism, offering an alternative perspective that could have defined the aesthetics and functionality of contemporary design. This exercise in imagination not only enriches our perception of design as a democratising force, but also raises questions about the role of design in human wellbeing and its capacity to adapt to and respect the cultural heritage of each region.

The exhibition invites us to contemplate sustainability and functionality from unexpected angles, proposing a play of mirrors between the global and the local, where the story of two visionaries is interwoven with the great narratives of Scandinavian and Mediterranean design.
