Free «(Re)discover La Rambla» routes

After selling out previous editions, the project returns with 19 outings and eleven different itineraries exploring the history and lesser-known stories of this emblematic Barcelona promenade.

New features include «La Rambla and Barça», a sentimental route connecting the avenue with the blaugrana imagination, and «La Rambla, cradle of Barcelona theatre», which revisits the intense relationship between the stages and the city’s cultural life. Both join proposals such as «Barcelona in flames: La Rambla», «La Rambla, a journey through time» and «The darker side of La Rambla».

The routes require advance registration on the Amics de La Rambla website from 2 March and form part of the project «La Rambla, a new model of Urban Tourism», with the support of Barcelona City Council and GetYourGuide.

In addition, six online itineraries make it possible to discover façades, characters, photographers and historical episodes from a mobile phone, in a walk-and-play format. A different way to stroll La Rambla and rediscover the city’s pulse.
