About this event
On Sunday 22 February, from 12:00 to 14:00, the tour invites you to take a closer look at balconies, doors, windows, wheel guards, sgraffito work or banding: everyday elements which, together, sketch out centuries of urban life. Each façade acts as an open archive in which social changes, fashions, aspirations and small neighbourhood anecdotes can be read.
As the walk progresses, architecture becomes the narrator. The streets cease to be merely a setting and reveal how their inhabitants lived, what tastes shaped the era and how the neighbourhood transformed without losing its character. The itinerary offers a chance to rediscover the city through what is close at hand, observing what normally goes unnoticed and understanding the urban landscape as a collective story written in stone, iron and memory.
