Museum Quiz Familiar at the MMB
The Museum Quiz Familiar returns to Museu Marítim de Barcelona to turn a visit into a shared challenge. It is not a conventional quiz, but a team game in which families with boys and girls aged 5 to 12 test their ingenuity, memory and, above all, their ability to cooperate. For between 90 and 120 minutes, the museum turns into a board full of clues, questions and surprises.
About this event
Each team, of no more than five people, will have to answer questions related to the organising institutions themselves, so learning and playing happen at the same time. A facilitator will lead the session, setting the pace, encouraging the public and creating the sense of connection that makes the quiz a fun experience even for those who do not come with a competitive spirit.
The winning team will receive a final surprise, although part of the charm of the quiz is that everyone leaves with something: new anecdotes about the museum, curiosities not found on the panels and the feeling of having shared a different activity.
In addition to the session at the MMB, the Museum Quiz Familiar will also come to the Barcelona Museum of Natural Sciences on 20 December at 17:30, extending the adventure to another emblematic space in the city.
For families looking for a plan that mixes play, culture and a good dose of humour, this is an appointment that is hard to resist. Who said learning could not be a team sport?
