A House in the Mountains offers an unusual theatrical experience in which the audience not only observes but also actively participates in building the story. In this show, sharing time and food with the performers is part of the theatrical game: fiction is cooked up by everyone, one decision at a time.
About this event
The story is set in an isolated house high in the mountains. Two men live there, with almost no past and one unsettling certainty: one of them must kill the other. From that point on, everything remains open. Who will be the victim? Who the executioner? The answer is not written in advance, and every choice transforms the course of the work, multiplying the possibilities to infinity.
The piece works as a living mechanism that breaks with traditional expectations. Drama, poetry, science fiction, crime and philosophical reflection coexist in the same space, where even Wittgenstein finds his place. A House in the Mountains is theatre unfolding in real time, a collective exercise in which possible worlds touch, contradict one another and reveal themselves before the eyes — and decisions — of those present.
