A humble pair of fishers find a magical fish able to grant any wish. What begins as a fortunate turn soon becomes a chain of endless requests that will test their common sense… and their hearts.

Through a highly dynamic, cyclical narrative, in which the characters repeat the magical gesture again and again, El peix d’or encourages both adults and children to reflect on the value of what is essential and the dangers of greed. All of this comes with evocative staging, a fast pace and puppets that seem to come alive.
