‘Biopic’ Show
Biopic starts from a simple idea: a person sums up their life and, from those details, a film is created that will never be repeated. Impro Barcelona turns the audience’s experiences into the script for a comedy created live.
About this event
Family memories, jobs, travels, relationships or small everyday anecdotes can be transformed into scenes of action, romance, drama or any other genre. The show plays with recognisable codes from film and television to find comic possibilities even in the most seemingly insignificant details.
Here, the audience is not limited to observing. Their stories provide the raw material for each performance and force the cast to build characters, situations and twists on the spot. This absence of a fixed script means that each performance has its own plot and protagonists.
Judit Martín, Mónica Ballesteros, Jordi Soriano, Sam Gutiérrez, Beatriu Castelló, Miquel Simó, Mireia Scatti y Emma Bassas form the cast of this Impro Barcelona production, which lasts 80 minutes.
