Family-film programme in libraries «Verdi Kids»

The programme brings together animated and adventure titles with stories that stimulate imagination, curiosity and values such as friendship, diversity and respect for nature. From the medieval, fantastical Ireland of El secreto de Kells to the real journey through the skies of Europe in Volando juntos, passing through stories full of humour and action such as Quines bestioles, Hopper: El polletllebre and La malvada guineu ferotge.

Urban, contemporary stories such as Héroes de Central Park also have their place, along with the return of much-loved characters such as Ernest and Célestine, who once again demonstrate the transformative power of music and friendship. Screenings are held throughout the year in different libraries across the city, at times designed for family audiences.

Verdi Kids is an invitation to discover cinema as a shared, close and accessible experience, where children and adults can enjoy together stories that move, make people laugh and awaken a taste for the seventh art. Admission is free until capacity is reached.
