«The Real Truth About Motherhood» festival
Casa Les Punxes de Barcelona will host the first edition of «The Real Truth About Motherhood», an event designed to celebrate and explore the depths of motherhood. With the aim of creating a safe and enriching space, this gathering invites women at all stages of motherhood to share experiences and strengthen one another.
About this event
The festival will begin at 15:00 with an opening speech by the founder, followed by a series of talks and interactive workshops led by 10 experts on topics such as relationships, trauma, nutrition and sleep. Speakers include Lara Trousse, a psychologist specialising in trauma, and Amy Piumarta, founder of the Mamas in Biz community.
Attendees will also be able to take part in yoga, dance and movement workshops, as well as a women’s circle led by Jazmin to foster connection between participants. The event will culminate in a networking session, with music and drinks provided by local sponsors.
Registration is free but limited to 200 participants, available through Eventbrite. This first edition, which promises to be an inspiring meeting point for mothers and professionals, has already confirmed its continuation in February 2025.
