Món Llibre Festival

Designed for children and families, the festival presents a free programme combining workshops, performances and participatory activities. It is not only about reading, but about experiencing literature through other languages: listening to it, building it, inhabiting it. Teenagers also find their place at Món Llibre Jove, with activities designed to suit them.

The 2026 edition revolves around the concept of space. Starting from this idea, the festival explores how childhood transforms the everyday into possible settings, how places are reinvented through imagination and how the book itself becomes a physical space where fiction takes place.

In addition, the programme includes a professional day that opens a space for reflection on children's literary creation, bringing together authors and specialists. Món Llibre thus acts as a meeting point where literature is understood not only as content, but as a shared experience.
