«Meat & Fire» festival

The second edition of «Meat & Fire» arrives in Barcelona, the Southern European gastronomic festival where fire and meat take centre stage. It is a culinary event celebrating a passion for grilled food and the art of cooking with fire. This festival brings together lovers of grilled meat, expert grill masters and renowned chefs to enjoy a unique experience centred on preparing grilled dishes and applying different techniques with fire.

This gastronomic festival, focused on fire and meat, will be held on 7, 8 and 9 June in Barcelona. Visitors will enjoy and taste the finest cuts of meat prepared in different ways; they will also take part in demonstrations of grilling techniques and be able to attend classes given by the world’s finest chefs and grill masters.

The event will also include barbecue competitions, wine and beer tastings, live music and activities for the whole family. The «Meat & Fire» festival seeks to promote barbecue culture and the enjoyment of food in a different way.
