«FilmoXica» programme
FilmoXica: bicicletas turns the screen at Filmoteca de Catalunya into the starting point for a summer on wheels. The series, designed for children and families, brings together films in which a bicycle can mean freedom, friendship, discovery or the start of an unexpected adventure.
About this event
Between July and September 2026, the programme offers titles from different eras and styles to bring cinema closer to younger viewers and teach them to look beyond the story: to discover images, sounds, characters and small details that take on another dimension in a cinema.
In the upcoming screenings, films such as Super 8 by J. J. Abrams, La meva setmana extraordinària amb la Tess by Steven Wouterlood, the classic Els Goonies by Richard Donner, Lola i el piano trencaclosques and Mon Oncle by Jacques Tati can be seen.
With weekly family screenings, FilmoXica presents cinema as a shared experience and a way to awaken curiosity from childhood. With the Carnet FilmoXica, admission is free.
