Special “Cosmonits” Exploration Series

This summer, nights at CosmoCaixa expand towards infinity with the special Cosmonits series, a fascinating programme taking place on 17 and 31 July and 7 and 21 August, in the late afternoon and evening. During these evenings, the museum is completely transformed to offer an immersive, multidisciplinary experience around one of the most intriguing concepts in human thought: infinity.

With workshops, challenges, screenings, collective installations, literature and games, Cosmonits invites visitors to explore how science, mathematics, art and philosophy have sought to decipher the immeasurable. Aimed at audiences of all ages, the series offers participatory activities that awaken the imagination and encourage curiosity from every possible angle.

Visitors can immerse themselves in observing fractals in the planetarium, put their mathematical intuition to the test, discover riddles from extraterrestrial civilisations or contribute to creating a large, ephemeral geometric structure. All this takes place in an environment designed for learning through play, where every corner of the museum becomes an open door to wonder.

Cosmonits is a celebration of boundless knowledge. A night to question, explore and be swept away by the vertigo of infinity.
