The event has different options for everyone. You can take part in the race for federated and non-federated participants, scheduled for 9:00; the course consists of a 4 km run, 1 km of sea swimming and a 2 km run. There is also the family race, which begins at 11:00 and offers a 2 km run for adults only, 200 metres of swimming for adults and children, and, to finish, a 1 km run for adults and children. Children taking part with their family must be over 5 years old.
