Concert «Together & Proud»
One voice, multiple harmonies and the same pride. On Sunday 29 June, the Teatre Condal will host Together & Proud, a choral concert that not only sets LGTBIQA+ pride to music, but raises it up with strength and emotion.
About this event
Under the musical direction of Gerard Ibáñez, the Barcelona Gay Men’s Chorus (BCNGMC) and the Cor Jove de l’Orfeó Sarrianenc join their voices in a vibrant, moving and committed show, where choral music becomes a tool of visibility and resistance. Two ensembles, two ways of understanding vocal art, one shared wish: to celebrate diversity authentically.
With songs in Catalan, Spanish and English, and sign-language interpretation, Together & Proud is an inclusive space open to all audiences from the age of 6. Seventy-five minutes of melodies that defy censorship and embrace freedom, as part of Pride Barcelona.
More than a concert, a statement of intent. A song to queer culture projected from the stage straight to the heart of the audience.
