Russian Red concert
Russian Red’s return to Barcelona does not take the form of a conventional tour. On 29 and 30 May, the Madrid-born artist transforms El Molino into the stage for Rojo Relativo, a stage proposal that escapes easy labels and embraces the unpredictable.
About this event
Defined as a «mystical cabaret», the project abandons the closed structure of the traditional concert to move towards something freer and more changeable. Improvisation and risk are an essential part of every performance, making what happens on stage built in real time and dependent both on the moment and on the energy shared with the audience.
Far from being a nostalgic review of her career, Russian Red combines new readings of love classics with her own songs, creating a repertoire that changes, adapts and finds different paths each night. The result is an experience that feels closer to a stage encounter than a conventional performance.
Rojo Relativo proposes entering a territory where music leaves room for intuition and where every performance is born with the awareness that it will never be repeated in exactly the same way.
