Deep Purple concert

The British band will perform on 19 October 2026 at the Sant Jordi Club, in a concert that promises to look back over nearly six decades of musical history with the authority of those who helped define hard rock as we understand it today. They will be joined by Jayler as special guests, a young British band attracting much attention for their energy and respect for the genre's roots.

After their acclaimed appearance at Barcelona Rock Fest 2024, the group returns to the city with a repertoire packed with classics that have shaped generations. Since its beginnings in 1968, Deep Purple has been synonymous with unforgettable riffs, powerful keyboards and a unique way of mixing rock, virtuosity and sonic ambition. Albums such as Deep Purple in Rock and Machine Head not only defined an era, but laid the foundations of heavy metal, with songs that form part of the popular imagination.

Far from living in the past, the band remains in top form, touring and recording, and proving that its legacy is more alive than ever.
