Angela Blackburn Concert
Angela Blackburn will turn the former Estrella Damm factory into a meeting point between the Caribbean, Africa, and club electronics. The Afro-Colombian artist will perform on Saturday, 26 September as part of BAM - Barcelona Acció Musical and the La Mercè 2026 programme.
About this event
Her approach takes salsa and rhythms linked to the African diaspora and brings them into the global club scene and electropical sounds. In her sets, traditional references are not isolated: they interact with electronic beats and new ways of understanding the dance floor.
The result is a live show built around rhythm, with shifts in intensity and musical crossovers that blur the boundaries between scenes and origins. Angela Blackburn uses dance as a common language and turns each session into a journey through different sonic geographies without leaving behind her Afro-Colombian roots.
