The proposal centres on a punch created especially for the occasion, an aromatic blend of Bombay Sapphire gin infused with hibiscus, grapefruit cordial, sandalwood syrup and jasmine tea, served for sharing. The experience is completed by two appetisers to choose from, designed to accompany the cocktail and prolong the moment amid intense flavours and subtle contrasts.
